Moved in on 3rd of the month. Needed only one month of storage. Paid $20 deposit. Was told I have to be out by 25th to prevent charges so did not actually get one month. No prorating. I moved out and left it clean and get an email saying they are keeping my deposit. I ask why and they state it's prorated for next month because I didn't move out in time.
