First time customer. I was pleased at how knowledgeable and helpful the saleperson, John, was over the phone. The part I needed had many variations and he was able to narrow it down quickly. They had by far the best price. I was a little taken aback at their policies. First, you have to pay in advance, without seeing the part. I found my experience with Snyder's to be a positive one and would definitely do business with them again. I was particularly impressed with Angie Salgado and how expertly she wrapped up the whole transaction!

I contacted them about a center console part and asked for photos to verify its condition before purchasing. Christian said he would send photos and asked me to send pictures of my part and the other trim pieces I needed, which I did. Instead, I received an invoice for the first part without any photos, and my follow-up request for photos was never addressed. After wasting my time, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
