Anthony gave us estimate to remove all old mulch and underlying fabric, trim bushes and small trees around front of house, remove all plants from overgrown garden and remove mulch and dirt around perimeter of patio so I can later lay pavers. All discussed and agreed upon. Now today he shows up after never taking any notes of what we wanted and was agreed upon and almost came today with brown mulch instead of the black we wanted.
