I hired Snyder's Landscaping to install an irrigation system in 2022. One month after installation, during a follow-up visit, there was an issue with the control panel, which disabled the system's use. I tried to work with Snyder's for assistance; Eve told me the issue would be corrected the following spring (2023). We hired Snyder's to put in a patio circa 2015 and we have actually been very happy with the block patio, but we're very unhappy with the wood steps to the house and they did a very poor job replacing the large amount of our lawn that they disturbed (after all these years, that part of our lawn is still messed up). Despite the issues with the steps and the lawn, we would probably never have written this review, but the wood steps started to fail and when we replaced them this weekend we found that the posts into the ground w... read more

Trimmers don't know how to trim. They cut off leaves of plants in my landscape beds and scalp the grass. I have asked numerous times that they don't trim on my property but they do it anyway. Today I went out immediately after they mowed and trimmed myself and then they came and trimmed even though there was no need to trim.
