The ladies in the store are great and very friendly and helpful, BUT the installation crew is the worst!! We are still finding things they broke during installation. I understand that they had to move some items of furniture, and we know they can't be held responsible, but least they could have done is tell us they broke something. We just now discovered all their garbage ( carpet padding shreds) shoved into our cold air returns. So we had junk filled air returns, broken TV stand and a shattered universal power supply.I DO N... read more
