Horrible customer service! When his installations needed adjustments to make them work properly, he was completely unresponsive. He would not answer phone calls or texts. He would tell our designer that he was going to call us to make necessary repairs and never would. Had no control over his employees. Items were consumed or broken in our home while his employees were there working with no acceptance of responsibility. I Worked for Jon for a little over a year. He’s an amazing person. He’s a leader, not a boss. The sheer value of character and empathy this man has is unmatched, never mind his knowledge in the electrical trade. In the 7 years I’ve been doing electrical I learned more with Jon than I have the entire 6 years of my career beforehand. He will not sacrifice quality or go below the bar he has set and that goes for every job under his license. Pleasant experience all the way around. He always goes above and beyond.

I reached out to Jon because he came recommended by the local company where I bought my hot tub and he obviously has stellar reviews on Google. Communication was fine at the beginning and he even came out to the house to assess the job and put together a quote. After a few attempts of me asking for the quote, he eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether. I had to hire another electrician to ensure the job was done in time.
