This office is the very definition of great service. There was a problem with one of their labs which delayed the delivery of my glasses. The communication was spot on and demonstrated that they care greatly about their customers. In today's world it is rare that a company responds the way they did and they now have a loyal customer who will recommend them to anyone that will listen.
Charming office direct from a 60's time warp but good old fashioned care as well. Office staff courteous after hours answering service and on call staff for emergencies. Recommend highly.
Loved it here!! Very thorough and very nice. I normally don't find good frames at the eye doctors. I usually have to go elsewhere but I love the frames I picked out.
