Stay away!! I've been coming to him for the past couple of years and will never go back. Just had to euthanize my fur baby and he was cold, careless and had no compassion. It was torture and was not quick. At one point he said that if she were to bite one of them that he would have to cut her head off and send it out! Who says that? It was horrible and she was scared and in pain. it was not peaceful and has given me pts from listening to her gasp for air... STAY AWAY
best vet in the area and my dog would attest to that! he makes sure you leave his office with all questions answered :)
Awesome, thorough vet Doc's office got me in in under 15 minutes for an emergency. My dog had hurt his neck and Anchor Bay was charging us a bunch of money and we were getting no results. They also told us they had to remove a skin tag right away because it could become a large issue later down the line and wanted almost 400 dollars for it. We took him to Doc after he was laying on the floor and yelping, they took x-rays of his neck and front legs, which Anchor Bay failed to do, and gave me two perscriptions for 100 dollars,... read more
Malpractice I have personal experience that this guys is a quack. I witnessed blatant malpractice and am lucky that my pet has not suffered for it. It was clearly evident that he did not know what he was treating and did not offer to perform any diagnostics. I am guessing there may be a reason his prices are so reasonable.
A REALLY FRIENDLY OFFICE. THEY WERE GREAT WITH MY DOG. HE WAS ILL AND THE DOCTOR AND STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TAKE CARE OF HIM. THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, NOT JUST A CUSTOMER.
A Vet with a Heart I worked for Doc for fifteen years. He is truly a vet with a heart. He loves animals, breeds and shows them. Before I was employed by him, he was my vet and serviced our horse farm, it was there I got to see his 'heart'. You will not find another vet with as much understanding and patience. I now live in Texas, but still consider him my vet and friend.
I brought my kitten there to be declawed and nuetered and they took such good care of him and also did a great job. I was very pleased everyone was very nice and caring. I would recomend them in a heartbeat. I also might add they were affordable.
We have brought our dogs here for several years and have been saying for a long time that we're going to go elsewhere. While Snyder may have all the qualifications - it is hard to tell. He barely examines the dogs in any depth, he barely speaks, you really have to prod him to get an opinion or thought out of him. The x-ray equipment is absolutely ancient - I couldn't even tell you for sure we were looking at an x-ray. Maybe his focus is more on the horses these days (the office seems closed a lot) and maybe we were saving a ... read more
