I would give zero stars if I could!! I have not seen a more scattered and disorganized person in business in a long time. I scheduled appointment for septic tank cleaning two days before. I took off the day of the scheduled cleaning to be at home as requested. Caroline was supposed to call the morning of the appointment to confirm. She never called. I called her 10:15 am and she stated that they were going to be there in afternoon. I get call at 2:45 pm and she says truck is broken down in Naples and can't do the job today. ... read more

Snyder Septic is wonderful! Caroline, the owner, was a pleasure to talk to and had someone out that very day. Thank goodness because our septic was full to the top! Greg was very polite and knowledgeable, and had the job completed within the hour. I highly recommend this company.

What a lack of professionalism and/or customer service. Truck driver refused to start working until being paid full in advanced and I was not home yet. My wife had most of payment in cash and I told the driver to start working that I was only 10 minutes away with the rest of the money, but he refused. He agreed to wait for me though. (By the way, they do not accept checks and charge exorbitant fees for using credit cards). I arrived home from work in less than 10 minutes and the truck driver was gone.
