Absolute scam artists. These type of firms are why lawyers have such a bad reputation. The only thing they are prompt with is billing, and my goodness did they rack up the dollars. It would have been fine if they brought the kind of results for the fees they charged. However, when faced with opposition from just a single lawyer firm, they wilted.
