If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spoke with Jennifer on Monday regarding viewing a property. We established a showing time of 10 AM on Friday. I received a confirmation email and thought everything was good to go. I called on Thursday and left a voicemail to confirm the appointment, and sent an email as well, to confirm. As of Friday morning I had not received a response. I’ve called multiple times before the showing, and only received an answering machine. I lived with Snyder PM (formerly Wedig PM) for approximately 3 years. In that time I had a good relationship with them, very few maintenance issues and those that came up were addressed sooner or later to my satisfaction. However, upon move-out I was charged a substantial sum for cleaning which was unwarranted. My apartment was essentially spotless, and I was billed $250 for "general cleaning" from my deposit.
