I finally dumped this agency after 20+ years of being gouged. They charge 300% more for the same auto & homeowner insurance than every other agency. When I requested a life insurance quote, no one got back to me for months. By then I had already purchased elsewhere. Don't be foolish. Shop your policies around, after all, it's a choice between feeding your family or their's.
