Horrible. Nearly impossible to get ahold of when a problem arises. I’ve been emailing Ryan for months, and he completely ignores them. It’s totally unacceptable to treat customers like this. I’m about to submit a formal complaint to the Florida Bar Association because no practicing attorney should be avoiding their own customers when an issue arises with the contract. I am absolutely discuss with the service in my 20 years experience never see anything like that! Never available, you can't get hold of any life person to talk to. You can't come to the office and sign the documents, only by mail. You have to look for your own attorney or notary and witnesses, absolutely ridiculous! neither me or my seller received the email.
