Seller beware! Worst escrow agent ever! If you are selling your house with multiple owners, and all owners don't have a single joint bank account, dont accept an offer with this escrow agent. They will not split the check for any reason! You have to open a joint bank account with all owners whether the owners are related or not. We were forced to open a joint bank account, and I had to fight so hard to get my share of money. I almost lost everything because of the joint bank account!
Love this place great food the employees are very friendly.
