My experience with this builder Tom (Thomas) Snyder. 130 Elmwood Ave, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053. I have purchased his newly build house. A punch list of problems in the house was provided to him at the time of closing of house which was to be addressed by Tom within 30 days after closing. This builder, Thomas (Tom) Snyder never addressed the punch list fully. He did not pick up majority of phone calls or return calls. He did not reply many of my e-mails.
