I saw a couple reviews and was hesitant to go here to match some brick for a project I’m working on currently. The staff at the desk were super helpful and pointed me out to the yard and indicated Chet would be along to help me. Chet measured the sample I had and indicated he had three bricks that might be close based on my needs. There must be 200 different types of brick here, so I was pretty surprised he narrowed it down that far. Stay clear from working here. No training at all. You are expected to be an expert after 5 days. The manager (Mitch) is Great in the interview but extremely snappy and rude once he hires you. He arrives late and got mad because I didn't know how to open properly. In the interview he said it would take a few months to get it down. I left Spectrum for better hours work life balance but this was not anything I anticipated. I left at lunch and resigned. I always give notice but when they tell you they don't want you to repeat th... read more

Treated with excellent customer service and extremely fast service! My salesman Merrill went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Old fashion customer service at its finest
