Date: 12-30-2024 Do not buy a Snug top they blister in one or two years; the Co. does not fix any problems with the top within a reasonable amount of time. I bought my top from Daco in Van Nuys, and they told me they have to get an answer from Snug Top, they may of may not fix it. I was told it will take 2 months to get that answer. I was also told that one I get an approval for repairer it will take another 5 to 6 months before I see my top again. Purchased a used 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 quad Laramie that had a SnugTop already on it. Unfortunately, a the liftgate was broken at Ikea by their employee. I have made multiple attempts weekly to contact by calling and using their website. Only one employee offered help but the Oklahoman location never answered or returned phone calls. This company is beyond help and truly are thieves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! You will regret it. Time for a new cap
I bought the snugtop hi liner for 2008 Tacoma, I ordered through authorized dealer in November and it took 3.5 months to get the top. It is not made in the USA , it was made in Mexico. It's really bad quality control , the window was leaking, the tailgate door hinges open too low. DO NOT BUY
My name is oscar mercado, I am a former employee at snugtop long beach CA, location. There are several things you need to know. Snugtop has many employees there that are always under the influence. Drugs and alcohol, I told sal and some other supervisors about this in the past but nothing was ever done about it . It almost seemed like it was toller rated there and ok to do.
