Dirt roads leading to storage unit is extremely uneven, rocky and muddy. Makes it very hard to get in and out.
Have had a great experience so far. Got signed up over the phone within 5min and was able to move in right after. Very quick and simple
The gates won't open to let you in or out you call the number and it says to call 911 worse customer service ever!! Not to mention the inconvenience as we have to have everything out of our house this weekend and I paid for two units I cant even get to because of the gate and no help to get them open I am very upset with this!
