Wow! What can I say! Our Stingray bilge pump broke while all the kids and grandkids were here on Schroon Lake! We called Jeff who could not have been nicer! Sent Garrett driving to our house on the East shore of Schroon! He replace the bilge pump efficiently and professionally! How great is that! Snug Harbor is the best, most reliable for sales, rentals and service. We bought our Stingray there almost 15 yeaars ago -----and they have always been there for us! Excellent service! We were first time boaters and they explained everything we needed to know. The free “toys” like tubes and water skis were a fun perk.

Brian and I are sooo very happy with our new Stingray boat! We had an incredible experience (especially working with Mike), Jeff and the team at Snug Harbor Marina (including the wonderful woman who helped me with my new Snug Harbor T-shirt!). From the initial sales process to "boat pick-up day," the service and staff were absolutely top-notch, professional, and made the whole buying process so much fun. Traded in my 17-foot Glastron of 10 years for a new 23.5-foot Stingray. Received a good trade-in amount and price on the new boat. Great experience dealing with this marina crew, especially Mike B. who was with the deal from purchase in September to pick up the following May. He had the boat ready for transport, went over everything, and took care of some last-minute little details. Well worth the nearly 4-hour ride to pick up the boat. Highly recommend.
