***** definitely overcharged me for a small water feature repair. In total, I paid $12,000. Cost definitely was not equal to job done including necessary materials. He was totally aware of my frustration of the total cost but, refused to provide any reimbursement. In addition the job was not totally completed, as requested. I continue to feel that I was totally taken advantage of in my situation and want other people to do their homework before hiring this company.
