Kelly has great reviews and I have family and friends that go to her so I decided to get SNS Nails a try. She’s very quick but maybe a little too quick because after exactly one week my nails started peeling and chipping. I went back in exactly one week and she told me to fix it would be $35. Kelly is a great nail artist but LACKS customer service, and kindness. (I’ve been her customer for many years) The last time I went I tried telling Kelly that some of my nails were messed up and I would like her to fix them. She got extremely frustrated with me saying this and physically got up and was visibly annoyed which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Purchased a $100 gift card and the recipient of the gift card tried to use it for a pedicure. They were told that the gift card was given when the business was owned by the previous owner. They needed to contact the previous owner ( to research the gift card I guess). The recipient of the gift card showed them the receipt of purchase.
