As a Canadian buying a tractor in New York State, the whole process was a little nerve-racking, but Heather went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Lafayette, NY facility picked up my mower 10 days ago for routine service. Was told it would be returned in a week. I have called 3 times requesting an update, but at this time, no response. I know my service needs will be met elsewhere in the future
