Extremely slow and unprofessional. I had provided everything for filing in Feb and expected to file taxes my Mar 15th however they delayed. They promised to file by Apr 15th but no they didnt and filed an extension. The representatives casually said that they wanted a break. Why break when you are not even filing taxes. They do not respond to emails promptly. Voice calls go through Google voice and they do not respond. They missed many things in the draft and I had to find and let them know. Do not recommend.
