30% price increase in 18 months With really nothing to show for it.. Went from affordable to completely unaffordable. Customer loyalty and retention doesn’t seem to be an interest to this company. And good luck reaching customer service… The units themselves are easy to access and secure, so I guess they meet the minimum expectation.
