Really disappointed with my recent experience. I called last week regarding 2 LED Markers lights on the front of our van that are rusting and filling with water. We are happy to do the work ourselves. I went on to do a warranty claim but wasn't sure about the process due to us being able to install the new Markers. More than excellent experience with the service and warranty team. Went above and beyond for me, and also were kind and compassionate.
