Really disappointed with my recent experience. I called last week regarding 2 LED Markers lights on the front of our van that are rusting and filling with water. We are happy to do the work ourselves. I went on to do a warranty claim but wasn't sure about the process due to us being able to install the new Markers. I called Traralgon and spoke to Laura on the 15th June and explained what I needed and could they send them out, she said yes and that she would send them out that day. More than excellent experience with the service and warranty team. Went above and beyond for me, and also were kind and compassionate. I don't want to misspell names or get them wrong, but you know who you are who worked on my SRT20. If I had birthday parties, you,d be invited. Thank you and God bless you
We purchased our Snowy SRC17 18 months ago and have been extremely happy. In fact, so happy the we are currently considering upgrading to the SRC19. In doing so, will have no hesitation in going through the Snowy Traralgon Team again.
