From point of contact with Debra regarding caravan servicing, warranty work and recall, Debra was excellent to deal with and helped with all the warranty details and queries we had. When we picked up our van Josh (Service Manager) went over all the details of what was carried out by his servicing team and ensured we were happy with the workmanship prior to leaving for home in our 2025 SRC18. The workshop is immaculate and a real credit to Josh and his team at Snowy River Toowoomba. Highly recommend this business.
The team are friendly knowledgeable and professional they go above and beyond to help. There a team. There's no separation of not my problem not my department. This is our second snowy through Toowoomba we can not fault them. Nothing is a drama for them. If we have questions we pick up the phone and speak to the manager who will answer us.
Had the pleasure to visit Snowy River Toowoomba today. Great customer service. I’d only rang a few weeks ago with an issue with my swift hot system, they advised they were fully booked for a month but if I arrived early they would see what they could do. Not only was the problem fixed, new part installed which by chance they had and was back on the road within an hour.
Well worth the trip to Toowoomba, the staff bent over backwards to satisfy my wants & needs. One happy customer..!! 😃
