SRP-14 purchased March 2026. The Snowy River team at Launceston handled this transaction with aplomb. Particular mention goes to Megan and Amber-Jane. Other than a wee glitch regarding the installed battery the caravan is performing brilliantly. Amber-Jane went out of her way to iron out the problem. All in all a good experience.
First time using our new 16ft Hybrid on the weekend weather was not great very strong wind but did not affect van at all stood up well to strong winds. Overall we very Happy with our new van 😀. Also thank you to Amber for all your help in explaining things and how to use the touch screen muchly appreciated.
