Wow what a great team! Cindy and Chris and all the team in the Service Dept were absolutely amazing. We travel full time in our van and had issues with our washing machine, fridge shelves falling out in every trip and our solar panels. They were so helpful making calls and then were able to fit us in within a couple of days. To look and make repairs to keep us in the road. Chris and Cindy were exceptional. We rocked up out of the blue with electrical issues with our snowy and they squeezed us in and not only sorted out all our problems but were a dream to deal with. 5 stars all the way. They were our saviours. Thanks guys

We had a fantastic experience with the service department at Snowy River caravans. We went to them with some issues with our van and they dealt with our insurance company, with great efficiency. Not only was our mind put at ease, by the the way they dealt with us, but the work needed for our van was both taken care of and completed very efficiently.
