Brought my SRP19F in for its first service. Big thank you to the team at Frankston for getting it done. More so thank you to Matt Sims for fixing several warranty requests with ease and piece of mind.
Just wanted to say big thank you to Matt at Snowy River Frankston Vic. We had an issue with our 21s slideout twisting, so motors not moving the slide out equally. We called Matt and he said come straight in. All fixed in very quick time and we are back on our travels. Your a legend Matt Brenda & Greg
Absolutely terrible service! Cannot get a call back from the managers at all. My van had 3 major failures within the first week of ownership and has been with snowy river for the last 5 weeks. Can’t get an answer as to when I can pick my van up. Paid $100,000 and have been regretting it ever since. Suspension not checked and left lose on first trip, gas regulator failed, and a hose came off the sink flooding the van.
