🚨🚨🚨 I had a terrible experience with Snowy Range Diesel Repair in Laramie, WY. I called them for roadside assistance, and the mechanic told me there was an “undocumented quote” he couldn’t read, and that the truck’s PCM (computer) needed to be reprogrammed or replaced by the dealer. When we took it to the dealer, they found multiple fault codes and diagnosed a faulty knock sensor—something any experienced mechanic should’ve caught. truckers stay away
Steer clear of this scammer and the I-80 Towing company. They collaborate with each other, making promises that they can fix your problem and will take care of you. However, in the end, they just take your money and disappear. Reporting to BBB and local police.
Horrible service. Our semi truck broke down in Laramie and we called this shop that requested we tow the truck to their shop. On towing the truck we were told that they don't have a shop and we were to tow it to residential address. Our truck broke down on October 24th and the shop did not get us an estimate for the repair till Oct 31st and this is after multiple unanswered calls.
