Horrible service. Our semi truck broke down in Laramie and we called this shop that requested we tow the truck to their shop. On towing the truck we were told that they don't have a shop and we were to tow it to residential address. Our truck broke down on October 24th and the shop did not get us an estimate for the repair till Oct 31st and this is after multiple unanswered calls. Highly recommend for RV service. We had a blown radiator hose on our RV. We called numerous places and they told us they were too busy to help us. We finally connected with Snowy Range and were so happy and relieved with their attention and service. When we called, the owner said he would send his service team to help us within an hour.
