Surprised my girlfriend with the summer dog carting tour out of Boundary Ranch and it was awesome. 14 dogs showed up and they were all so sweet and lovable. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. We got to pet the dogs, go for a ride, unharness them, and give them treats! It was all so great. We didn’t care it was raining or we were getting muddy.

We did a summer training run with the dogs at Boundary Ranch and had an amazing time with the super knowledgeable and friendly Jake and the incredible team of Mikey, Matcha, Screech, Howlite, Haze, and Shadow who all deserve treats!

The attitude of the lady at the front desk. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no understanding or willingness to help. When we raised our concerns, instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, her attitude was essentially “You signed the form, so too bad.” Repeating that we signed a form does not excuse treating paying customers with such disrespect. Extremely disappointing experience — avoid at all costs. We booked the Snowy Owl Tour and paid approximately $1,000 for 5 people — around $200 per person. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst tour experiences we have ever had. The meeting location was only mentioned once and was not repeated in the subsequent reminders.
