Ask yourself, why does a doctor in this day and age not openly tell his patients what his full name is. The clinic refers to him as Dr. O or Dr. OVO. It is because he is an incompetent doctor. The only reason I am giving one star is the snowy owl staff at the front desk. Dr ovo has refused to re-print and resign a perscription from a few weeks ago that has been lost by the pharmacy. I was told “he won’t do that because he won’t get paid” and requires a new appointment. So a second appointment for the same reason but even shorter than the last one because checks were done 2 weeks ago. Not only does that take away from someone who really needs the appointment but it wastes everyone’s time.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Paradis and the incredible team at Snowy Owl Medical Clinic. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.
