Had a brilliant experience at Snowy Mountains Dental, couldn’t recommend it enough! Called and got booked in quickly with my questions answered in depth on the phone. Everyone was lovely and I felt immediately at ease as someone previously nervous about visiting the dentist. Big thanks to you all!
I had an emergency and came looking for help. Dr Vivian was so kind and helpful with me the all time, not only taking care of my teeth, also giving me advice about how to get better in my oral higiene. All the reception staff was super lovely and helpful aswell, recommended 100%. Just for the future, tell the customers that there is an extra surcharge if you pay by card.
I had a root canal treatment today with Vivian, and she was absolutely amazing. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, making what I expected to be a stressful procedure much easier. The whole team at Snowy Mountains Dental was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel well looked after from start to finish. I highly recommend Vivian and the team. Thank you for the excellent care!

I can’t recommend Snowy Mountains Dental enough! All of the staff are so welcoming and genuinely try their best to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. I’m quite nervous coming to any dentist due to some bad experiences I have had back in the UK but the team here are so professional, knowledgeable and caring. I leave the appointments feeling confident they have done the best job whether that’s for an extraction or a clean. A special thank you to Dr Yuli, Rochelle and Jamiee, you guys are the best!
