We found ourselves in need of a dentist for one of the children while on holidays and couldn’t be more impressed with Dr. Ong and his team. We had an appointment booked within hours of our inquiry and a result immediately. The team is wonderful with children, professional and exceptional at communicating to worried parents and an inquisitive child. A true gem in a wonderful town.
I have had such positive experiences every time I visit this dental clinic. Both Yuli and the hygienist are a wealth of knowledge, so caring and treat you from a holistic perspective. Never thought I’d say it, but I love going to the dentist!
I have been a patient at Snowy Mountains Dental for many years. Yuli and her team are all wonderful! I used to have a ‘dentist phobia’ but not any more! Knowing that they have my best interests at heart has cured me of that. Yuli is patient, kind and skilled. Best of all, she takes a holistic approach to dental health, which I think is very important. My teeth were in a bad way when I first went to her; huge improvements over the years. With heaps of gratitude to all at SMD, and love from Jillian.
We had a really bad experience with this Dentist on multiple occasions. They wanted two sets X-rays completed, the first of which the hygienist didnt know how to operate the machine and operationally there were huge hiccups. It then took two weeks of following up to be told that they cannot interpret either of the two X-ray results without coming back in for an entire 1 hour dental examination at a further ~$300 cost.
