The managers of this complex have gone out of thier way to hinder students from getting out of thier contracts due to the school closing for COVID-19. They even suggested my asthmatic daughter travel by plane to Rexburg to get a part time job to stay the semester. They refure to supplu the property owners information even though the manageris one of my daughters Professors and is making a poor ethical chioce by demanding she be bound to the contract even though section sevemn of the contract stated that the contract could be... read more
Improve your lousy Visitors Parking! Seriously only ONE spot.
I only lived here for the 7 week break over the Summer. I thought it was a great complex to live in, although there was no AC. I was disappointed when I left Snowview and it took them 2 months to return my deposit. I only got it back after I emailed them several times and went to the Housing Office on campus.
I love how big the apartment is and how conveniently close to campus it is
Pros: The complex itself and the layout was really nice! It felt the most like a home and you only have four roommates. The location is very convenient and the ward was nice. Cons: The manager at the time (I'm not sure if she is there anymore) was very impersonal, impatient and just overall not very kind. My roommates and I also didn't get our deposits back until a year later, and didn't get them until talking to the Student Housing office...repeatedly. Very annoying and unprofessional.
This was my first year being away from home, and Snowview made the transition so perfect! We are like a big family full of 64 sisters! It's very close to campus, and the manager is the SWEETEST person you will ever meet. I would recommend anyone to come here! I love it! :)
I don't live at Snowview anymore but I wish I did! The apartment I live at now is nothing in comparison. It is a perfect location (near campus and Broulim's), an amazingly homey living situation, and has friendly, fun, and responsible management. When I was staying at Snowview, that was the only time in my entire Rexburg housing experience where I felt like I could call my apartment manager my friend. The ward is so welcoming as well. Don't pass up on one of the best housing options in Rexburg!
I LOVE Snowview! It is one of the only apartment complexes on campus that still feels "homey." The management is great and the ward is the best. Snowview really becomes your family. Great location and great people! I loved living here.
