Good reception and product presented well. Time given to examine the car and a timely test drive. No pressure exerted by the sales personnel and the proceedure was explained well. Only slight surprise was that the sales personnel didn't know too much about the technical side of the car.

Bought a second hand Audi A3 at a reasonable price and traded in my Ford Mondeo, again at a reasonable price. Overall a good deal for everyone involved. Pleasant sales staff who left us alone to look at the Audi; just what we wanted.
