So I was told it would be a couple of weeks until they could get to my snowblower 2 weeks go by nothing. I call to inquire. I have been a customer for almost 10 years now. Jim has dished out an attitude multiple times just for asking to be notified when things are going to be dropped off, from attitude to being overcharged just so I can know when my things are being dropped off so they're not stolen. I regret sending customers your way and you will not be getting my business again.
I so appreciate their work. They took care of my riding mower and push mower in an efficient and timely manner.
I've had things fixed here from time to time. This year had gotten on the list for my snow blower change over. After 3 weeks of no pick up I called back. They stated they lost the slip. Then I received a call back stating the last time I didn't pay the bill right away so they threw away the slip. Instead of calling someone and asking for payment on delivery they throw it away. They provide the best customer service all the way around. They treat you well, prices are very reasonable, they are very efficient about repairs. They really do their best to accommodate you. I would be lost without these guys! I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you!!
