terrible customer service, old guy was super rude. didnt fix my ring at all. will not be returning, dont recommend
Terrible service.
I would not recommend taking in any loved possessions for fixing. My girlfriend (Cb) and I are locals and went in for a four-prong adjustment of our ring a week ago which they notiifed us would be ready on the 19th; I called on the day of pickup to confirm everything was set but the owner "Eddie" said to come near the end of day. After the ring was picked up we noticed that not all the prongs were flush to the jewel, it seemed like it was not even tampered with.
