Great (and honest) service for my kid who is at Chapman University while I'm 350 miles away up in SF area. Drew was up front about what will be involved with repairing a driver-side front door that was stuck closed. We had the car brought in Monday early morning and within an hour was able to diagnose the problem with parts on order from Mazda dealer (whom I called first but they never picked up nor return a voicemail I left). Got recommended from a friend. Drew was very professional, informative, honest and kind. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and did not try to sell me on anything. I really resonated with his business model that he’d rather build a trusting customer-mechanic relationship which is exactly what I am looking for. Snow's went from being my number 1 to a place I avoid going except for a quick oil change. My car shakes when braking after having my breaks serviced and I was given several faulty diagnostics with pricey repairs after taking another car in for an oil change. Really sad to see the decline in quality and honesty over the past 2 years. Redeeming qualities are that oil change pricing is fair and there's fast turn-around.
