The team came out for a service call when our unit started leaking water inside the house. They arrived right on time and diagnosed a clogged drain line during the inspection. The tech cleared it out and showed me how to prevent it from happening again in the future. These guys were very professional and the price was exactly what they quoted me over the phone. El Paso, TX summers are no joke so I am glad they got it fixed so fast. Solid work and I will call them again for any future heating needs.
I had a maintenance visit from El Paso Heating and Air Conditioning to check my ductless AC before the summer starts. The tech arrived right on time and was very thorough with the cleaning and the electrical checks. He found a small issue with the filters that I hadn't noticed during my own check. They are very professional and the customer service on the phone was helpful too. It is good to know the system is ready for the El Paso, TX heat. I am very satisfied with the quality of the inspection they provided today.
The technician was a bit late but he called ahead to let me know he was stuck in traffic which I appreciated. Once he got here he did a quick inspection of our heat pump because it was short cycling. He found a small refrigerant leak and fixed it during the same service call. These guys are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the pressure readings to me. The home is comfortable again and the staff was easy to deal with from start to finish. Overall a good experience for a stressful situation.
They were very thorough when checking a metal reservoir under a unit in the crawlspace because it was starting to smell like old moisture and those workers cleaned out the slime and added a pill to keep the pipes clear of any blockage for the next six months and those guys also checked the padding around the ducting to ensure no cold was escaping into the attic where it is not needed and those people were very careful not to step through the boards while they were moving around in the dark area and they used bright lanterns ... read more
