I'm not to sure why people leave bad reviews,When you get down to it, if you need a part for your sled then dusty has it! It's better than going to a dealer and waiting for the part to be ordered! If you don't like it then go somewhere else! You won't be disappointed going to dusty, I had to make this to make sure these snowmobile Karen's didn't ruin this glorious place

I don’t think this guy really wants to be in business. I have tried dealing here several times over the past year and each time he takes my name and number, then says he will look for the parts and never gets back to me. Every time when I call him back he makes up some silly excuse and acts all confused as to why he hasn’t got back to me. The Sled Parlor gives much better service and they do it without attitude.
Talked to the guy on kijiji about some cat parts quick response and helpful.
