The machines & products are world class The owner on the other hand feels he's in another country & doesn't have to pay his ANSI food scientists that produce sodium benzoate I would advise any serv safe certification holders this is not a company that follows national standards.
I had the best experience with this company and Dorothy! She was able to answer my questions, give me ideas, very kind, and she was so prompt! I live in Arkansas and I received my machine and supplies in 2 days! I have not gotten a chance to look at everything, but the pallet was well put together. Thank you Dorothy for an amazing experience.
