From the moment I stepped up to the reception window to the moment I exited the office the staff was courteous, compassionate, & thorough. It was a very pleasant experience.
Staff is nice and the walk in clinic is usually quicker wait times than they tell you to expect. However, when going to a scheduled appointment, they are very adamant about being 20 minutes early for paperwork but 9/10 there is no paperwork. Whether you are 20 minutes early or 5 minutes early, you still will not be seen by your doctor at your scheduled time. You probably won’t even be called back by a NP/PA/MA at your scheduled time. I went in there, saw someone from my town who worked there at the sign in counter and after I left that person went and told people in my town about my results from my appointment
