The leotards are top notch, and the customer service is even better. I messaged Snowflake trying to track down an old leotard of theirs and, while they weren’t able to find any, they were happy to look and even checked the scrap fabric for me. In the end, the person I spoke with was able to point me to several leotards with the same cut for my daughter. I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service.

I've only ordered once from this company, but the Customer Service is Top Notch!!! I ordered some Gymnastics pins for my daughter and when our order arrived, one of the pins was incorrect, even though the order summary was correct. I sent out and email and they immediately sent out the correct pin and told me to just keep the other one. It's hard to find good customer service these days and so I feel it is important to let everyone know when they are doing an excellent job! Thank you for caring about your customers!
