I often use snowflakes dry cleaners but the last set of laundry I dropped off came back a complete mess! From a white dress to almost nude colour, from off-white to nude and not until I got home that I noticed that they must have washed my clothes with brown water and wrong chemical! I confronted them when I picked up me laundry and all I got from them was "it was off-white so we dry cleaned it as such" but how do off-white turn to brownish!!??
