Called in because I'm looking for a light weight scooter for when I go on holiday. There wasn't a great range of scooters on display and definitely nothing that suited my needs. The lady took my number and said that they'd phone me back the following day. A week has passed and I've heard nothing from them.
Had a Bruno Stairlift installed about a year ago .it's for ever breaking down, I've waited over 2 months for a part .now the stairlift is stuck in the middle of the stairs ,after numerous phone calls it is still the same was told that they don't have an engineer who knows how to repair it.so I have got to crawl up to bed and come down the same way.but Snowdrop don't cafe.so I am contacting my solicitor to take them to court to claim comphensation,they make up excuses every time my wife phones.
Good range of mobility aids they sell cosy feet shoes as well.
I don’t like giving negative reviews but sadly this company has forced me into a corner with the appalling service on a repair. I was told repair would take 5/7 days as parts had to be ordered I phoned 6or 7 times asking for update with stock answer we will phone you back and I only had 1 call. At the end of week 3 I phone supplier who told me the part was in stock as I had made a fuss 18 hours later scooter was fixed.
