The ducted system was installed by Snowdonia in 2013 we have been using them for all work on the system. Last year we started getting mould on the ceiling. Called Snowdonia they said that the drain needed replacing $1604.00 later on October. Now in Jan there is more mould appearing on the ceiling and they tell me the unit was installed too low, refused to come and advise me Told me to find another air conditioning company.

Contacted them with a service request after install, they tell you will call you back. 2 weeks later heard nothing so called again and they say the same thing. Rang every week for 6 weeks, they will just keep ignoring you until you give up. Do not trust, do not use.

I recently had Snowdonia repair my ducted air conditioning unit. After an initial debacle of misdiagnosis and by one of their service men who I was really very unhappy with, I requested another service man and they sent out “Mack”. I cannot speak highly enough of “Mack”, he was professional and polite. He efficiently diagnosed my aircon problem and ordered the correct parts (this time) and came back and fixed it beautifully. They came to inspect our broken down air con. Identified the problem and said they would provide the quote to fix it. Charged me $363 for the visit. Never came back with the quote and not responding to my emails. My money just wasted on this unprofessional business. I am considering reporting them to ombudsman.
