Dr Snowden and his staff were very polite and professional.They made me very comfortable during my procedure. My root canal was totally painless with virtually no pain afterwards. Highly recommend, you will be in very capable hands!!
The receptionist was extremely rude and the Dr denied treating my daughter. When I asked the receptionist why, I was told that was his decision. While I agree with that, the courtesy of an explanation would be helpful. The overall health of a patient should be a priority and that includes the customer service. Do better. Be better.
Great experience. I haven't had my procedure done yet but just the initial visit put me right at ease. Dr Snowden and his entire team were so welcoming which truly helped to put me at ease about my upcoming procedure.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I have bad anxiety attacks. Dr. Snowden has a very calming voice, which helped. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend! I immediately liked him as soon as I heard him speak.
