No work out room, which seems really strange for the size and cost of the place. Compared to comparable HOA, the cost is insane. No additional pool and now that there are so many houses it's not adequate. Whole complex is outdated after 10 plus years. For cost of living there, there should be more amenities.
The amenities at 148 Blackford Dr are seriously top - notch! It's such a breeze to take a stroll over to the pool. This place truly feels like the perfect home you'll love coming back to. I had Jus Junk come by today for a junk removal job, and the two women in charge were absolute stars. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole experience a pleasure.
