Been spending 10days here in Feb. for 4yrs... my ONLY complaint is it can (occassionally)be kinda noisy 'tween 12pm and closing from drunk patrons leaving The Goat,a nearby Whisky & Soup place. NO complaints about lodging or 7minute walk to the Peru lift at Keystone. Feb '23. Still love staying here. That is literally the walk to closest lift
