Roger came a diagnosed the problem with the electric side of our Oasis heater. He had to order parts which took 2 days, not bad for warehouse in Washington State. Returned when parts came in and fixed the problem. We also had him do a 3 year annual on the diesel burner unit while he was here. He was very neat and told me what he was doing in case there was an issue later. I appreciated him taking his time and sharing his knowledge. He was also very fare on labor rates. I highly recommend Roger.
We have been attempting to fix our own Aqua Hot by looking at the manual and watching YouTube videos. We phoned Roger at Snowbird RV mobile repair, BEFORE he offered to service our Aqua-Hot, he also attempted help us troubleshoot our issues by phone call. When we figured out that wasn't going to work, he was on time, on schedule, EXTREMELY professional, and talked us through everything he did, made some recommendations, fixed the problem and didn't try to sell us extra stuff we didn't need. Roger did a great job repairing my Aqua Hot (propane) not his favorite I'm sure, but very organized, thorough, and neat. He had to come from Tampa Fla, to Auburndale, but made sure I was completely satisfied that the unit worked 100 percent WC
